お、NASAでもやるのかｗ Originally shared by NASA Preparations are under way for the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)'s scheduled launch of an H-IIB rocket at 10:06 p.m. EDT (11:06 a.m. July 21 Japan time) on Friday, July 20 from the Tanegashima Space Center in southern Japan. The launch vehicle will send the Kounotori3 H-II Transfer Vehicle (HTV3) into orbit on a week-long rendezvous with the International Space Station. Kounotori3 is loaded with about 7,000 pounds of equipment, supplies and experiments in a pressurized cargo compartment along with more than 1,000 pounds of unpressurized experiments. Kounotori means "white stork" in Japanese. Live coverage of the launch begins at 9:15 p.m. on NASA Television and http://www.nasa.gov/ntv .
